Key Responsibilities
Provide expert consultation and professional recommendations on aesthetic treatments and skincare products tailored to each client’s needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Collaborate with doctors to determine suitable treatments for patients.
Follow up with clients to encourage continued treatments and ensure optimal results.
Assist doctors during procedures when required.
Accurately update and maintain treatment and client records.
Work closely with the Branch Manager and team to achieve sales and service targets.
Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or skincare is preferred but not mandatory – full training will be provided.
Strong passion for aesthetics, beauty, and skincare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented mindset with a positive, self-motivated, and hardworking attitude.

Working Hours
Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
5.5 rest days per month (excluding public holidays)
