Job Description

We are seeking a competent and dedicated Medical Officer (A&E) to provide immediate, high-quality medical care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and stabilization of acute and critical cases while ensuring timely clinical decision-making and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt assessment and management of emergency and acute medical cases
Perform resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill patients
Initiate appropriate treatment plans and ensure continuity of care
Coordinate patient admissions, referrals, and transfers when required
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Adhere to hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and safety standards
Requirements
MBBS or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in A&E or emergency care
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure
