MEDICAL OFFICER – ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Officer to join our team in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
Order and review investigations to support accurate clinical decisions.
Refer patients to Consultants when necessary and admit patients to the ward as required.
Complete necessary documentation to facilitate patient treatment and care.
Conduct medical examinations for employees of panel companies when required.
Attend to medical emergencies in the wards until the arrival of the Consultant.
Prepare medical reports and maintain accurate patient records.
Support training programs in the Accident & Emergency Department.
Deliver health talks or lectures as part of community health initiatives when needed.
Report all incidents, accidents, and hazards to the superior and complete Incident Report Forms accordingly.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments, fostering teamwork within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support operational excellence.
