Job Description
Responsibilities :
Ensure Hospital Medical Advisory Committee (HMAC) and HMAC’s sub-committees carries out its advisory role and conduct meetings as stipulated in the by laws.
Liaise with the Person in Charge (Medical Director) and HMAC Chairman to ensure clinical governance policies and clinical practice and conduct meeting as stipulated by laws.
Provides a supervision on the implementation and review of the Credentialing and Privileging of medical practitioners.
Provides a supervision on the Annual Performance & contractual agreement review of medical practitioners.
Conduct a Clinical Indicator and Outcome Measures programme for Medical Practitioners.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a healthcare setting and clinical background.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
