Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical consultations, manage chronic cases, and contribute to community wellness initiatives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. This role does not involve on-call or shift duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consultation and interpretation of health screening and diagnostic test results to patients.
Manage and monitor patients with chronic medical conditions, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, preventive strategies, and long-term health monitoring programs.
Conduct health talks and wellness education programs to promote public awareness and preventive healthcare.
Deliver in-house training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff as required.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Possess a recognized Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Certification or background in Occupational Health is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage, though not mandatory.
No on-call or rotational shift requirements.
