Medical Lab Technologist
Job Description
Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre Sdn Bhd is looking for a Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our professional healthcare team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to delivering accurate and reliable laboratory services while supporting clinical and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and all related diagnostic procedures in accordance with established standards
Conduct daily quality control (QC) checks and verify test results
Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment
Identify technical issues and take appropriate corrective actions when required
Prepare and generate accurate laboratory reports in a timely manner
Support on-site sales and marketing activities when required
Participate in on-site blood donation and health screening campaigns
Requirements
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Degree in Biomedical Science
Prior working experience in a medical laboratory is an advantage
Phlebotomy skills will be an added advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
