Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end medical check-up process, ensuring seamless service delivery for all customers.

Prepare patients for required medical tests and investigations, providing clear instructions and comfort throughout the process.

Conduct or assist with screening assessments and medical tests as necessary.

Collaborate effectively with Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Sales & Marketing, and Specialist Clinics to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Actively participate in Sales & Marketing activities, including health promotion events and awareness campaigns.

Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service to ensure a positive and reassuring patient experience.

Welcome and assist patients during arrival and departure, providing professional and courteous support.

Prepare equipment, assist doctors, and serve as a chaperone during medical examinations and procedures.

Accurately complete required documentation, including laboratory request forms, charge forms, and other records as per physician instructions.

Observe and promptly report any patient behavior, concerns, or symptoms to the medical team.

Uphold strict confidentiality and security of patient records and sensitive information.

Ensure clinic hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained, and assist in sanitizing medical equipment.

Support staff nurses with inventory checks, stock counts, and supply management.

Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, health sciences, or a related field.

Prior healthcare industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Willing to work 5.5 days per week according to clinic operating hours.

Strong customer service mindset with a pleasant, approachable, and professional personality.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders).

Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and patient data systems.
