Wellness Therapist
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, compassionate, and customer-focused Wellness Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and supporting the overall operations of the wellness centre.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with registration and accurately record their health parameters.
Deliver wellness therapies professionally, effectively, and with strong customer orientation.
Promote and recommend suitable services based on client needs and wellness goals.
Schedule and coordinate client appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance service satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure customers are satisfied after each session and conduct follow-ups to encourage repeat visits.
Maintain therapy rooms and centre facilities in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
Monitor equipment to ensure proper functionality and timely maintenance.
Document client assessments, therapy notes, and interventions accurately and promptly.
Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
Support company marketing activities, promotions, and wellness events.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related or wellness field.
Able to commit to 5.5 working days per week, with basic salary plus performance-based incentives.
Strong customer service mindset with a professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer literate and proficient in basic administrative software.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple client appointments efficiently.
A good team player with flexibility to collaborate across departments and support centre operations.
Physically fit and able to perform therapy sessions requiring standing, bending, or light physical activity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin, with the ability to engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
