Job Description

LifeCare Diagnostic Medical Centre is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional patient experiences and support the smooth operation of our medical check-up services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions across multiple channels in a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process customer service requests accurately, resolving service and sales-related inquiries efficiently

Build strong customer relationships by providing warm, personalized service and understanding individual healthcare needs

Take ownership of complex service issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns

Provide professional consultations on medical check-up packages and services, aligning recommendations with customer needs

Share relevant health information with customers to promote awareness of potential health risk factors

Coordinate and schedule medical check-up appointments for general practitioners and specialist clinics

Work closely with Nursing, Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Sales & Marketing, and Specialist teams to ensure seamless patient flow

Support and participate in Sales & Marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat platforms

Assist customers with test instructions, guide them to appropriate waiting areas, and clearly explain billing and payment processes

Prepare, manage, and maintain required documentation and service records accurately

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; healthcare-related fields are preferred

Strong customer service orientation with a professional and service-driven mindset

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in computer systems and relevant software applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders

Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
