State Registered Nurse
Job Description
Mahkota Medical Centre is seeking dedicated and compassionate State Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care while growing professionally in a well-established private medical centre.
Position Overview
As a State Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with legal, institutional, and professional standards. You will utilize your clinical expertise to ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal recovery outcomes.
In addition, you will assist the Head Nurse in the smooth administration of the department and assume leadership responsibilities in their absence.

• Operating Theatre
• Cathlab / Cardiology Services
• Medical / Surgical / Orthopedic / Pediatric Wards
• Haemodialysis
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Maternity (Post Basic required)
• Day Procedure Unit (Endoscopy)
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on clinical assessment and care planning
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of medical records
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards
• Support departmental operations and deputize for the Head Nurse when required
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements
• Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
• Post Basic qualification is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
