RESIDENT DOCTOR
Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to join our growing medical team and provide exceptional care to our patients in a professional, ethical, and confidential manner.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, performing physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
Prescribe medications in compliance with Malaysian healthcare regulations, informing patients of potential side effects and interactions.
Perform minor surgical procedures and ensure post-operative care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including diagnoses, treatments, test results, allergies, and other clinical information.
Provide clear explanations of treatment plans, medical procedures, and test results to patients.
Promote preventative healthcare and health education in collaboration with other medical professionals.
Liaise and coordinate with hospitals, specialists, and community healthcare providers as needed.
Evaluate and discuss new pharmaceutical products with medical representatives.
Stay current with the latest medical research, advancements, and best practices.
Meet clinical targets and regulatory requirements, including those set by public health authorities (e.g., immunization programs).
Requirements
Recognized medical degree and full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Proficient in diagnosing, prescribing, and managing patient care independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical medical practices, and continuous professional development.
