Medi Beaute Sdn Bhd is seeking for Beauty Trainer for Clinic. Below is the description.

Job Description:

Lead beauticians, offer consultations, and impart treatment knowledge to customers.
Prepare and deliver engaging public presentations and management reports.
Organize training schedules and oversee training programs for staff.
Guide the team to promote sales and marketing packages.
Ensure staff skills are up-to-date through training and refresher courses.
Maintain communication with centers, plan refresher and upskilling courses.
Motivate staff, foster a positive working environment.
Ensure timely submission of assessment and evaluation reports.
Support center sales to achieve teamwork.
Requirements:

SKM/CIBTAC/CIDESCO certification or diploma in beauty field preferred.
Practical experience and ability to demonstrate treatments.
Understanding of slimming and facial results, with the ability to rectify issues.
Ability to suggest innovative treatment ideas.
Proficiency in operating skincare equipment and summarizing for teaching.
Up-to-date knowledge in facial and body treatments.
Good understanding of treatment and beauty program protocols.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
