Job Summary:
The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, lead the healthcare team, and drive business growth through strategic planning, effective management, and superior service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a passion for healthcare excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure seamless workflow and patient satisfaction.
Monitor clinic performance, including sales, patient volume, and overall profitability.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase patient visits, health screening sales, and corporate partnerships.
Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve monthly revenue, productivity, and service quality targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate tie-ups, vaccination drives, and community outreach programs.
Lead, mentor, and motivate clinic staff to achieve operational and service excellence.
Conduct regular staff appraisals, training, and development programs to enhance team performance.
Manage clinic inventory, supplies, and ensure accurate financial and operational reporting.
Uphold exceptional customer service standards and handle patient inquiries or feedback professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Proven interest or experience in healthcare or clinic management.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance goals.
Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
