Pharmacist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Melaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients based on prescriptions.
Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding proper usage, side effects, and interactions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management.
Monitor patient medication therapy for efficacy and safety.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medication inventory.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
Participate in health promotion activities and community outreach programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Valid license to practice as a pharmacist in Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmacy law.
Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
