Nurse

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to patients under the supervision of a nursing supervisor or doctor at the designated healthcare facility.
Assist doctors in the clinic, Operation Theatre, and daycare.
Resolve patient problems and needs using multidisciplinary team strategies.
Educate patients and the public about pregnancy, labor delivery, and newborn baby care.
Administer medications under doctor supervision and maintain records of symptoms and progress.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
Adhere to infection-control policies, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations to protect patients and employees.
Obtain completed consent forms from patients before surgeries or treatment procedures.
Show passion and commitment to patient care, work collaboratively with other employees, and communicate empathetically and clearly with patients.
Health and Safety
Comply with all nursing protocols, health and safety policies, standard codes of practice, and guidelines from relevant authorities.
Train and monitor personnel under supervision to ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures.
Observe all security procedures imposed by the Company.
Qualification
Diploma in Nursing
Registered with the Nursing Board Malaysia (NBM)
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Possess own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
