Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures such as ultrasound scans, ultrasound liverelastography, X-rays, CT scans, and mammograms.
• Consult with referring physicians to discuss imaging findings and recommend further diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including imaging studies and diagnostic reports.
• Ensure compliance with all KKM regulatory requirements for the safe use of medical devices.
• Supervise and train radiographers involved in imaging procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of patient care and image quality.
Requirements
• Must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) & National Specialist Register. (NSR)
• Current atomic license or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least 4-5 years post-specialization experience.
• Experience working in a preventive health screening center or similar clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
