MEDICAL OFFICER OF RADIOLOGIST
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform and report on radiographs and mammograms
• Perform ultrasound scans and communicate examination results to referring physicians
• Actively communicate test results to referring physicians, patients, or families
• Showcase proficiency in using Clinical Information System and PACS
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on patient care and outcome
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy and precision in radiologic procedures to achieve the best diagnostic results
Requirements
• Proven experience in radiography, mammogram reporting and ultrasound scanning
• Familiarity with Clinical Information System and PACS
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex imaging processes to patients
• A medical degree with a specialization in Radiology
• Valid license to practice medicine in Malaysia
