Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and clinical protocols
Assist doctors in patient assessments, treatments, and medical procedures
Perform nursing procedures such as vital signs monitoring, wound care, medication administration, injections, IV cannulation, and phlebotomy (where applicable)
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity throughout all care interactions
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records and nursing documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on health management, medication usage, and post-care instructions
Adhere strictly to infection control guidelines, safety standards, and organizational policies
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including doctors, paramedics, and laboratory personnel
Support mobile and on-site healthcare services as required
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid nursing registration with the relevant Nursing Board
Current practicing certificate (where applicable)
Strong clinical skills with attention to patient safety and care quality
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills
Professional, ethical, and compassionate approach to nursing practice
Ability to work independently in mobile or flexible care settings
Willingness to adapt to innovative healthcare delivery models
