Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The role involves managing staff, ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining clinic efficiency, managing panel claims and upholding high standards of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
• Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic activities, ensuring smooth operation and patient satisfaction.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and support clinic staff, including doctors and administrative personnel (schedule done by management team)
• Patient Experience: Ensure a positive patient experience, addressing concerns and improving service quality.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and manage clinic supplies, ensuring all equipment is available and maintained.
• Billing & Records: Supervise billing, invoicing, and accurate maintenance of patient records.
• Panels and claims: Supervise panel patients registration, payments and disbursements to clinic
• Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to all health regulations and standards.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on clinic performance to senior management.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of clinic or healthcare management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of clinic operations, billing, and patient care procedures.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in daily apps / programs like Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin. Multiple languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,250.00 – RM3,450.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
