Resident Doctor / Medical Officer (2025)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care, treating patients with extra focus on women’s and child health. Manage diverse cases, including chronic diseases, pediatric care, and pregnancy-related concerns.
• Administer family planning services and provide comprehensive contraceptive counseling.
• Conduct detailed health screenings, interpreting results, advising patients, and offering effective follow-up care to ensure continuity and trust.
• Perform procedures such as ultrasound scans, minor surgical procedures, and emergency care.
• Offer vaccination services tailored to individual needs across all age groups.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through empathy, effective communication, and a commitment to repeat care and follow-ups.
• Educate and empower clinic staff by conducting regular knowledge-sharing sessions and supporting the clinic’s growth in sales and marketing efforts.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and stress management skills, contributing positively to the clinic’s operations and culture.

Requirements
• Possess a recognized Medical Degree (MBBS/ MD or equivalent).
• Registered with MMC and hold a valid APC.
• At least 4 years of thorough clinical experience, with locum experience at private clinics as an added advantage.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to treat patients with empathy and understanding.
• Open to Malaysian candidates only.
