Medical Doctor (Midnight Shift)

We are looking for a dedicated and highly competent Medical Doctor to join O2 Klinik Sdn Bhd for the midnight shift. This role requires strong clinical expertise, independent decision-making, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assess patients’ symptoms, perform clinical examinations, and provide accurate diagnoses
Prescribe and administer appropriate treatments, medications, and follow-up care
Provide professional medical consultations, including interpretation of health screening and diagnostic results
Educate patients on medical conditions, treatment options, preventive care, and overall wellness
Maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of diagnoses, treatments, and consultations
Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
Manage and review clinical cases while ensuring continuity and quality of care
Adhere strictly to clinical protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements
Ensure a high standard of patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical medical practice
Perform additional duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

Medical Degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
Completion of mandatory internship and housemanship
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a general practice setting
Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, especially during midnight shifts
Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach
