Job Description
Main Duties:
Assess symptoms, diagnose conditions, and prescribe/administer treatment.
Collaborate with nurses and other medical officers on patient care.
Provide medical consultations on health screening and diagnostic test results.
Conduct patient consultations on treatments and procedures in a professional and approachable manner.
Educate and clarify healthcare and wellness information for patients.
Document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, and medical protocols.
Manage case reviews and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements:
Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Completion of compulsory medical officer service in a government hospital.
