Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical services and ensuring patient-centered care in accordance with professional standards and clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments.
Collaborate closely with nurses and medical staff to deliver coordinated and holistic patient care.
Interpret and explain health screening and diagnostic test results during medical consultations.
Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients regarding treatment plans and procedures.
Offer health education and wellness guidance tailored to individual patient needs.
Accurately document patient information including diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment plans, and progress.
Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and medical protocols.
Participate in case discussions and support multidisciplinary team efforts in patient care management.
Undertake additional duties as delegated by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
Possess a recognized Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Completion of a compulsory internship and housemanship with at least 2 years of experience in a general practice setting.
Proficient clinical diagnostic and patient management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.
Demonstrates compassion and a patient-focused approach to healthcare.
Job Details:
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Penang Island (Candidates must be able to commute or relocate prior to starting)
Salary: RM8,000.00 – RM10,000.00 per month
