Medical Doctor (Midnight Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and competent Medical Officer / General Practitioner to deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care across our clinic locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess patient symptoms, perform clinical evaluations, and provide accurate diagnoses.

2. Prescribe and administer appropriate medical treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.

3. Collaborate closely with nurses and fellow medical officers to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

4. Provide professional medical consultations regarding health screening outcomes and diagnostic test results.

5. Discuss treatment options and procedures clearly while maintaining a reassuring and approachable manner.

6. Educate patients on healthcare, wellness, and preventive practices.

7. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of diagnoses, treatments, medications, and consultations.

8. Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and medical protocols.

9. Participate in case reviews and multidisciplinary case management discussions.

10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management when required.

Requirements:

1. Medical Degree (MBBS / MD or equivalent) from a recognised institution.

2. Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

3. Completion of mandatory internship and housemanship.

4. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a general practice or primary care setting.

5. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.

6. Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

8. Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a patient-focused mindset.
