Responsibilities:
1. Prepare patients for X-ray procedures according to doctor’s instructions.
2. Capture X-ray images to aid in medical diagnosis.
3. Ensure patient safety and document any reactions to treatment.
4. Update patient charts and answer clinical questions.
5. Assist with patient registration, guide patients on waiting times, and direct them to consultation rooms.
6. Support doctors during examinations and routine procedures.
7. Assist with medication preparation and dispensing as prescribed.
8. Operate medical equipment professionally and safely.
9. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
10. Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and medications.
11. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment.
12. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging from an accredited program.
2. Valid professional certification or licensure in Radiography (e.g., ARRT or equivalent).
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
4. Additional certifications in specialized areas (CT, MRI) are a plus.
5. Medical Assistant certification or experience is beneficial.
6. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiographer in a healthcare setting.
7. Experience in a clinical or medical assistant role is an advantage.
8. Knowledgeable about healthcare trends and developments.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
11. Own reliable transportation and able to work shifts.
