Job Description
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and manage appointment bookings
– Register new patients and update existing patient records
– Handle payment transactions and issue receipts
– Coordinate daily patient flow and communicate with clinical staff
– Follow up with patients regarding treatment, appointments, or outstanding payments
– Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
– Support basic administrative tasks (e.g. data entry, filing, inventory tracking)
Requirements:
– Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma preferred
– Good communication skills in English, Malay (Chinese is a plus)
– Friendly, calm, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Computer literate (basic MS Office & clinic software)
-Prior experience in dental or medical setting is an advantage, but not compulsory
– Willing to learn and grow with the team
