The Dental Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone.
Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently.
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating personal and insurance information.
Handling billing, payments, and insurance claims.
Coordinating with dental staff to support smooth clinic operations.
Responding to patient inquiries and providing information about treatments and services.
Ensuring the reception area is organized and professional.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dental software is preferred.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Any previous experience is an added advantage
Ability to converse in Mandarin is also an added advantage
