Physiotherapist

Penang Adventist Hospital is seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and delivering effective physiotherapy treatments to patients in line with professional healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine physical condition and treatment needs.

Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards.

Administer therapies using appropriate techniques and monitor patient progress regularly.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress.

Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in physiotherapy to ensure optimal care.

Participate in the education and mentoring of physiotherapy assistants, interns, and nursing students.

Assist with additional duties or projects as delegated by the department head or supervisor.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.

Registered member of the Malaysia Physiotherapy Association (MPA).

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
