Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a responsible, patient-focused Clinic Assistant to support our daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality care for all patients. The ideal candidate is professional, well-organized, and committed to delivering excellent service in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inpatient area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

Prepare and manage patient files, including filing laboratory results and new case documentation accurately.

Set up consultants’ rooms daily according to assigned requirements and clinical schedules.

Provide courteous, respectful, and professional assistance to patients and visitors at all times.

Act as a chaperone during physical examinations, ensuring patient comfort and privacy.

Assist consultants with clinical procedures such as wound dressing, suctioning, and blood collection.

Call and guide patients into the consultation room as needed.

Support stock management including ordering and collecting medical supplies (e.g., pharmacy items).

Assist in the care, handling, and basic maintenance of clinic instruments and medical equipment.
