Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized inpatient department at all times.

Prepare and manage patient files for new and existing cases, including proper filing of laboratory reports and medical records.

Ensure consultants’ rooms are prepared daily according to individual requirements and assigned schedules.

Provide courteous, respectful, and professional service when interacting with patients and visitors.

Act as a chaperone for consultants during physical examinations to ensure patient comfort and compliance.

Assist consultants during clinical procedures, including wound dressing, suctioning, and blood collection.

Coordinate patient flow by calling patients into consultation rooms in a timely manner.

Support the ordering, collection, and coordination of clinic and pharmacy supplies as required.

Assist in the proper care, handling, and maintenance of clinic instruments and medical equipment.
