Job Description
PMG Medical Clinic is looking for a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and provide quality service to patients. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, people-friendly, and interested in working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with registration, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Handle front desk duties including answering calls, managing walk-ins, and maintaining records.
Assist in dispensing medications as directed by the medical team.
Support medical staff in preparing consultation rooms and ensuring smooth patient flow.
Maintain clinic cleanliness and adhere to hygiene protocols at all times.
Help manage basic administrative work and data entry tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in a related field of study.
Fresh graduates or individuals with at least 1 year of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Basic knowledge of clinic operations or healthcare procedures is an advantage.
Must be reliable, organized, and a good team player.
