Job Description
oliklinik An-Nur Banting, a 24-hour healthcare facility in Selangor, is seeking a dedicated and competent Resident Doctor (General Practitioner) to join our professional medical team. This role is ideal for doctors who are passionate about delivering high-quality primary healthcare services while working in a dynamic and patient-centered clinical environment.
The successful candidate will play an important role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and continuous monitoring of patient health. Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive medical examinations and clinical assessments for patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions.
Diagnose illnesses, provide appropriate treatment plans, prescriptions, and medical advice based on established clinical guidelines.
Monitor patient progress and ensure continuity of care, including arranging follow-ups and referrals to relevant specialists when necessary.
Handle emergency and urgent cases in a professional and timely manner in accordance with clinic protocols.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all medical documentation complies with healthcare regulations and standards.
Educate patients on preventive healthcare, disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices to improve long-term health outcomes.
Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and high standards of patient care.
Participate in maintaining clinical quality standards, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols within the clinic.
Job Requirements
Possess a recognised Medical Degree (MD or MBBS) from an accredited institution.
Must hold Full or Provisional Registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for 2026.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as a General Practitioner or Medical Officer in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and competency, particularly in areas such as Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G), Surgery, Orthopaedics, and Paediatrics.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
Highly professional, responsible, disciplined, and committed to delivering ethical and patient-focused healthcare services.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Willing to work full-time and participate in a shift-based schedule in a 24-hour clinic setting.
Adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced clinical environment.
