Poliklinik My Dr Kluang is inviting passionate and patient-focused Resident Doctors to join our established primary healthcare practice in Kluang, Johor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while serving the local community with high-quality medical care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical consultations, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients.
Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based primary healthcare services in line with clinic standards.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records and treatment plans.
Work closely with nurses and clinic staff to maintain smooth clinic operations and high service standards.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, ensuring a positive healthcare experience.
Uphold professional conduct, patient confidentiality, and clinical best practices at all times.
Requirements
Medical degree from a recognized institution.
Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and holding a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Willingness and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsible, committed, and patient-oriented mindset.
Open to both male and female candidates.
