Poliklinik My Dr, a well-established and rapidly expanding healthcare group across Johor and Sabah, is seeking passionate and dedicated Resident Doctors to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive medical examinations, assessments, and diagnosis of a wide range of illnesses and injuries
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (nurses, radiographers, and clinic assistants) to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and clinical documentation
Provide health education and promote preventive healthcare practices
Manage common general practice conditions and provide primary care services
Conduct ultrasound procedures (antenatal and gynecological) where applicable
Perform minor procedures such as Incision & Drainage (I&D) and Toilet & Suture (T&S)
Offer consultation and guidance on contraception and reproductive health
Support child health services and basic pediatric care
Requirements
Recognized Medical Degree with valid registration under the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and Professional Indemnity Insurance
Strong clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Commitment to continuous learning and delivering quality patient care
Experience in O&G, ultrasound, or minor surgical procedures is an added advantage
What We Offer
Competitive monthly income: RM 8,000 – RM 12,000 (inclusive of statutory contributions)
