PRINZ Healthcare Group Sdn. Bhd. is Hiring – Medical Officer
Requirements:
Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and holds a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Completion of compulsory service under KKM.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and adapt to private practice culture.
Able to work in the Kepong area.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct medical care, including patient diagnosis, treatment, and care plan management.
Lead and supervise clinical and screening teams, ensuring adherence to medical standards and protocols.
Oversee patient care and diagnostic screening processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Continuously develop, implement, and enhance clinical and screening procedures.
Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to junior doctors, nurses, and screening staff.
Collaborate with management and other departments to optimize patient care and streamline operations.
Monitor and improve the quality of healthcare services provided.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical practices and integrate best practices into daily operations.
Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and accurate patient records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and data protection policies.
Provide medical leadership and guidance in high-pressure or complex cases.
