Job Description
PRINZ Healthcare Group Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and competent Medical Officer to join our clinical team. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong clinical judgement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced private healthcare environment while delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
Eligibility Requirements
Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and holding a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
KKM compulsory service must be completed.
Willing to work shift hours, weekends, and adapt to private medical practice culture and operational standards.
Must be able to work on-site in the Kepong area.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive medical care, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.
Lead and coordinate clinical and screening teams to ensure adherence to medical protocols, clinical governance, and high service standards.
Oversee patient care pathways and diagnostic workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely service delivery.
Develop, refine, and optimise clinical and screening procedures based on evidence-based practices and service needs.
Mentor, train, and supervise junior doctors, medical assistants, nurses, and supporting clinical staff.
Work collaboratively with healthcare administrators, operational leads, and cross-functional teams to support smooth clinical operations and improved patient experience.
Monitor and evaluate service quality, identifying improvement strategies and implementing corrective or developmental actions as required.
Keep abreast of the latest medical practices, diagnostics, research updates, and healthcare technologies, integrating relevant advancements into practice.
Manage administrative responsibilities, including clinical reporting, documentation, and maintenance of accurate, compliant medical records.
Ensure strict compliance with medical regulations, infection control measures, patient safety standards, and data confidentiality policies.
Provide leadership, clinical decision-making support, and professional guidance, especially in urgent, complex, or high-pressure situations.
