Job Description

We are seeking a competent and patient-focused Medical Officer / Resident Medical Doctor to join our private practice team. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to deliver high-quality medical care while working collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care planning

Lead and supervise clinical and screening teams, ensuring strict adherence to medical protocols and quality standards

Oversee patient care pathways and diagnostic screening processes to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and reliability

Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical workflows, screening procedures, and best practices

Provide training, mentorship, and performance oversight to junior doctors, nurses, and screening staff

Collaborate with healthcare administrators and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency

Monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of clinical services delivered by the medical team

Stay updated with advancements in medical practice, diagnostics, and healthcare technologies, integrating evidence-based practices into daily operations

Manage administrative responsibilities including clinical reporting, documentation, and accurate maintenance of patient medical records

Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and patient data protection standards

Provide leadership and sound clinical judgment in high-pressure or complex medical and diagnostic cases

Job Requirements

Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

Completion of KKM compulsory service

Willingness to work shift duties, weekends, and public holidays in a private practice setting

Ability to work in the Kepong area

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

High level of professionalism, integrity, and patient-care commitment
