Dentist – Founding Team Member
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform dental procedures in accordance with MOH regulations and best practice guidelines
2. Provide professional consultations and personalized treatment plans for patients
3. Deliver cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry services including teeth whitening, veneers, and smile design
4. Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and service offerings
5. Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction
6. Stay current with the latest dental and aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies
7. Collaborate with the founding team to establish the clinic’s culture and operational excellence
8. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Required Qualifications
1. Full registration with the Malaysian Dental Council (MDC)
2. Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
3. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience post-full registration
4. Trained and competent in general and cosmetic dental procedures
5. Sound knowledge of dental practice guidelines and safety protocols
6. Up-to-date with the latest dental and aesthetic dentistry trends and offerings

2. Strong sense of aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
3. Multilingual capabilities (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other languages are an advantage)
