Role Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Doctor to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in our clinics. You will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions, while promoting preventive healthcare and overall well-being in the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient consultations, medical histories, and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of acute and chronic illnesses with clinical accuracy.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing appropriate medications.
Perform minor medical and outpatient procedures with care and precision.
Advocate for health education, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Ensure patient records are complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.
Stay abreast of the latest medical research, innovations, and best practices to enhance patient care.
Comply with professional and ethical standards, including confidentiality and patient rights.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (newly registered doctors are also encouraged to apply).
Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and empathy for patients.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and ethical medical practice.
Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
