Pharmacy Assistant

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team as a Customer Service Representative/Pharmacy Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently provide outstanding customer service in alignment with our customer service standards.
• Address routine face-to-face and telephone inquiries from the public, patients, their representatives, and various staff groups.
• Assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels in the dispensary.
• Place orders for items required within the department and for external needs.
• Receive, load, and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers, and other sources.
• Effectively sell over-the-counter medicines to customers.
• Respond to queries regarding the availability and supply of medicines.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, Radiography, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided. Experience in pharmacy will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese. Knowledge of local dialects is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on shift duties.
• Strong team player with a friendly and easy-going demeanor, taking the initiative to engage with customers.
• Openness to learning new skills and embracing challenges.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare products and modern selling techniques.
• Positive mindset, excellent work ethic, and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Confident and effective communicator.
• Proficiency in object handling with attention to detail.
