Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards
– Respond to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public.
– Maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels display
– Order items (consumables) within and outside department
– Receiving of stocks, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere
– Promoting and selling over the counter (OTC) medicines / products
– Assisting to inquiry of the products sold in the outlet (OTC) including stocks availability and supply of medicines, general product information by the customer.
– To provide highest quality of Customer Service to all PMG Customers. Building relationship with the customers.
