Job Description
Responsibilities
Deliver ethical, patient-focused consultations and provide professional recommendations on aesthetic treatments tailored to individual needs.
Remain updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetics through active participation in conferences, workshops, and training.
Perform a wide range of medical-grade aesthetic procedures, including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, skin-tightening treatments, and other related services.
Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, treatment notes, and medical histories in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
Enhance clinic visibility by contributing to social media initiatives, including educational and promotional content.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on consultation techniques and treatment delivery.
Collaborate with management and marketing teams to support business growth and service excellence.
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, smooth workflow, and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) / Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and registration with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
Open to candidates without prior aesthetic experience (comprehensive training will be provided).
Prior experience in aesthetics, beauty, or skincare is highly desirable.
LCP (Letter of Credentialing and Privilege) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and regulations.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency is essential to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking clients).
