Job Description
1. Reception Duties
Warmly welcome and assist patients with inquiries, both in person and over the phone, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Handle patient registrations for appointments or walk-ins.
Facilitate patient checkouts, including medication dispensing, accurate payment collection, and follow-up scheduling.
Process payments via cash, NETS, cheques, or credit cards.
Accurately input consultation fees, treatment charges, and product sales into the system.
Issue receipts, tax invoices, and medical certificates using the clinic’s system.
Maintain organized and precise patient treatment records.
Ensure a clean and organized clinic environment.
Inspect, receive, and organize clinic supplies from approved vendors.
2. Assisting the Dentist
Provide timely and efficient support to the dentist(s) during procedures.
Ensure medical equipment and instruments are well-maintained.
Keep treatment rooms consistently clean and organized.
Manage laboratory cases, including sending, receiving, and tracking.
Perform specific medical tests as directed by the dentist.
3. Additional Responsibilities
Take on any other duties as reasonably assigned by the company, dentist, clinic supervisor, or Area Manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: SPM.
Candidates should be available for shifts from Monday to Sunday (morning and afternoon).
No prior experience required; training provided.
Must have valid working rights for this role.
Expected Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500 per month
