As a Dental Surgery Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting dentists in clinical procedures, preparing the treatment room, assisting with dental instruments, and ensuring a safe, hygienic, and patient-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during clinical procedures and surgeries
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Ensure proper infection control protocols are followed
Support patients before, during, and after treatment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area
Handle administrative duties such as patient registration and recordkeeping (if required)
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions carefully
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Friendly and patient-oriented attitude
Able to work in a clinical environment
