Your Role
As an Aesthetic Consultant & Therapist, you’ll be an essential part of the client journey—providing expert consultations, supporting clinical procedures, and ensuring an outstanding treatment experience.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Treatment Planning & Client Results
Conduct professional consultations and create personalized aesthetic treatment plans
Guide clients through their treatment journey while tracking visible results
Educate clients on aftercare and build trust for long-term relationships
Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to high retention rates
🩺 Procedure Support & Therapy Delivery
Assist doctors during procedures such as injectables and laser treatments
Perform non-invasive therapies (e.g., RF, ultrasound, microneedling)
Ensure strict adherence to treatment safety, hygiene, and quality standards
🏥 Clinic Operations
Coordinate appointments, prepare treatment rooms, and support daily operations
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to ensure smooth clinic flow
Who We’re Looking For
Passionate about beauty, wellness, and skin health
Diploma/Degree holders (Health Sciences background is a plus)
Experience in aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or customer service preferred
Willing to learn through hands-on training in aesthetic procedures
Fresh graduates and career switchers are encouraged to apply
Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred due to client communication needs
