Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient registration and process entries efficiently.
Assist the doctor in daily clinic procedures.
Handle payments for services and medications from patients.
Coordinate phone calls and emails for appointment bookings and general inquiries.
Provide accurate information and assistance to patients and customers.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Experience is not mandatory, fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum educational requirement: SPM or Diploma level.
Willing to work on scheduled hours or shifts.
Own transport is an advantage.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
