STAFF NURSE

Job Overview:
As part of our hospital expansion, SALAM Shah Alam Specialist Hospital is looking for dedicated Staff Nurses, Care Assistants, and Care Assistants (Linen) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient responses to treatments and medications.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Adhere to nursing standards and hospital protocols.
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

Staff Nurse: Diploma or higher in Nursing; Post Basic Qualification is an advantage.
State Registered Nurse with the Malaysia Nursing Board and a valid Annual Practicing Certificate.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Care Assistant: Minimum SPM qualification with at least one year of experience.
