Job Summary:
We are seeking a dentist to join our team and provide exceptional dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality treatment in accordance with professional standards, patient medical needs, and clinic protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-quality dental services in line with professional standards and standard operating procedures while addressing the individual medical needs of each patient.
Develop personalized treatment plans for all patients, ensuring they receive value-added care and optimal outcomes.
Diagnose dental conditions and provide appropriate treatments, including preventive and restorative care.
Accurately document diagnoses, treatment plans, progress, and before/after photos in patient medical records.
Implement strict infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure the safety of patients, staff, and the community.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Prioritize patient welfare, ensuring fair and empathetic treatment.
Collaborate effectively with other medical and non-medical staff members in the clinic to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.
Educate patients on their dental health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures, while promoting value-added services.
Ensure all dental treatments provided have medical efficacy and align with best practices.
Qualifications:
Valid dental practice license/permit.
Strong communication skills and ability to educate and engage with patients.
Willingness to obtain or maintain a valid practice permit, if necessary.
Ability to observe, diagnose, and provide comprehensive care for patients.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent customer service orientation with a patient-first approach.
Attention to detail, care, and diligence in all aspects of dental practice.
Experience or training in orthodontic treatments is preferred.
Ability to perform orthodontic treatments and procedures.
