DIALYSIS NURSE

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to dialysis patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety.
Assist in operating and maintaining dialysis equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Document patient progress, treatments, and relevant medical information as per regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized dialysis unit, adhering to infection control guidelines.
Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on dialysis nursing advancements.
Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Nursing with a valid Practicing Certificate.
Specialized training or experience in dialysis nursing (or willingness to undergo post-basic renal training).
Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and equipment handling.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
