Job Description
Sri Tanjung Medicare (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Doctor to join our Penang team. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients’ health needs.
Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and refer patients to specialists as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
Educate patients on preventive healthcare and promote healthy lifestyle practices.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Comply with all relevant medical regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid medical degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 8 years’ clinical experience, preferably in general practice or family medicine.
Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interaction.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare-related technologies.
